Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Water
  • 1 tsp Table Salt
  • 1/3 Cup Egg Noodles
  • 1 Tbsp Butter
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • Ground Pepper

Instructions

  1. Bring the Salt Water to a boil
  2. Add the Egg Noodles and Butter. Boil for ~3 min or until noodles are cooked to taste
  3. Scramble the Eggs and Parmesan together
  4. Take the broth off heat and add egg mixture to broth
  5. Add pepper to taste
