Ingredients
- 2 Cups Water
- 1 tsp Table Salt
- 1/3 Cup Egg Noodles
- 1 Tbsp Butter
- 2 Eggs
- 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
- Ground Pepper
Instructions
- Bring the Salt Water to a boil
- Add the Egg Noodles and Butter. Boil for ~3 min or until noodles are cooked to taste
- Scramble the Eggs and Parmesan together
- Take the broth off heat and add egg mixture to broth
- Add pepper to taste
